This public commercial certified and licensed facility requires all foods to be prepared on the premises and inspected
by the kitchen manager. Although ingredients must be disclosed portion sizes can be excluded in order to preserve the
integrity of a recipe. $20 per hour includes commercial kitchen utilities, storage, coaching and networking.
Business development, packaging and marketing classes, among others, will enhance clients' success. Packaging
materials, ingredients, trade marking, additional classes, among other avenues pursued by the client, are not included in
the $20 per hour kitchen usage fee. At least 24 hours notice is needed to reserve the kitchen in order to maximize
efficiency.

oven, cake pans, sheet pans, steam pans, steam drain pans, ice tote, peelers, knives, counter top can opener, spatulas,
tongs, slotted spoons, cutting boards, busing pans, a charbroil grill, a vacuum sealer and oven mitts, among other
items. Caterers and potential food business owners
in the area are encouraged to sign up for ServSafe and other classes. The Kitchen Manager is dedicated to helping
clients build, market and sustain success. Clients using individual branding are not required to pay royalty
fees to East Baker. Along with individual branding, all foods produced at the East Baker Commercial Kitchen will
carry the Baker's Goods logo and contact information. All product ingredients will be analyzed by the UGA Extension
Food Science Department for a client cost of $81. This analysis will produce a nutrition facts panel. The
Albany Area GA Dept. of Ag office will also conduct a final inspection before items are placed in stores. Please stop
